Meet the Team

  • Jacob Dinger

    Owner/Head Trainer

Jacob began his journey with fitness at age 16 during the rehabilitation of a serious back injury playing football. His rehabilitation unintentionally resulted in a significant weight loss journey through exercise and behavior modification that would inspire him to pursue a career in health and fitness.

Over the last 14 years, Jacob has spent much of his time involved in training with a wide variety of populations and modalities, including commercial gyms, strength and condition facilities, and youth weight-loss camps. He has been very fortunate to work with people from all walks of life and to learn from talented professionals in this field. Jacob believes in taking a well-rounded and deliberate approach to training, whether it be getting stronger, losing weight, or rehabbing an injury.

Jacob is passionate about building a relationship based on trust and mutual understanding, helping people establish foundational + functional fitness routine grounded in good quality movement, and ultimately having his clients realize their own potential through the consistency of healthy and deliberate habits of exercise and lifestyle.

His vision for opening Jurassic Health Club is to form a community of likeminded individuals on the same mission to improve themselves. No matter your age or occupation, Jurassic Health Club is a safe space for you to come train.

All who are willing are welcome.
