Group Training
Our group training is a fusion of slow technical strength training, body-weight exercise, and conditioning with an emphasis on functional movements using great technique.
All classes follow a 6-8 week training block with the purpose of learning the fundamental skills and technique to do the basic compound lifts (squat, deadlift, upper body press, upper body pull)
Programming is also designed to develop strength in these movements with progressive overload as well as building general fitness with a well rounded variety of modalities: resistance training, metabolic conditioning and corrective exercise.
Rules of the gym:
Keep your standards high, choose quality over quantity.
No cell phones, leave all personal items except for water bottle in your vehicle.
Show up early or on-time and be ready to work.
Do your best and encourage others to do the same.
Work together and also be self-reliant.
Know that your way of doing things is not the only way (be coachable).
No gossip, no drama, leave your ego at home.
Ask questions and be accountable for yourself.
Be present.
Be humble.
Be committed + consistent.
