    We all know that consistency is key, and to be consistent, you need to stay free from injury. Coaches at JHC teach you the why, what and how of exercise, instead of just showing you once and moving on. That’s why you start with a Personal Trainer and work at your own pace.

    Now you’re ready to start group training alongside some great people. Your coach for life will keep you on track with regular 1 on 1s, but the social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push and will help you reach new heights of fitness.

  • "Training with Jake has totally changed the way I think about fitness. Jake is all about longevity- teaching people how to move with care and progress with intention to ensure your body’s longevity. But that’s not to say he won’t kick your ass! As a woman I often stayed away from the weight room - due to a fear of “bulking up” and also a lack of knowledge. Jake helped give me the confidence to start lifting loaded barbells-I not only feel like a bad ass but I’m now stronger than I was in my 20s.
